1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pak365 website, mobile site, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated under the domain pak365.bio.

1.2 By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3 These Terms must be read in conjunction with the pak365 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account with pak365 and to participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform. pak365 strictly prohibits the use of its services by persons under the age of 18. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are 18 or older.

2.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you access the Platform. pak365 does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction. You must satisfy yourself that your use of the Platform is not in violation of any applicable laws or regulations before registering.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account with pak365. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same person — whether using the same or different identifying details — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.

2.4 KYC Verification. pak365 is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to approving any withdrawal request. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current identification documentation when requested, including a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC). pak365 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal capabilities pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.

2.5 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent time is accurate and truthful. pak365 reserves the right to close any account and void associated winnings where false information has been provided.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak365 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pak365 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.2 You must notify pak365 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting support at [email protected].

3.3 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you, until such time as you report a breach and pak365 takes remedial action.

3.4 You agree to use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological aid to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Methods. pak365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following PKR-denominated payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. pak365 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Currency. All transactions on the pak365 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak365 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied by pak365, though your payment provider may apply its own fees.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory KYC verification. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically completed within 1–4 hours of approval. Bank transfers are completed within one business day.

4.5 Funds Ownership. You warrant that all funds deposited into your pak365 account are legitimately yours and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. pak365 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits above specified thresholds and to freeze or return funds pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive (no login, no transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. pak365 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after the initial 12-month period. You will be notified by email prior to any such deduction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 pak365 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, or other promotional benefits to its members. The specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions — will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

5.2 Bonus funds are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be transferred to your withdrawable PKR balance. Until wagering requirements are satisfied, bonus funds may not be withdrawn.

5.3 pak365 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings and may lead to account suspension.

5.4 Bonuses are intended for recreational players. pak365 reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or amend bonuses offered to any player at its sole discretion.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 All games available on the pak365 Platform are governed by individual game rules which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to that game.

6.2 All casino games offered by pak365 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers operating under documented dealing procedures.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or connectivity interruption that affects the outcome of a game round, pak365 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. pak365 will not be liable for any losses claimed to have arisen from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

6.4 Sports betting markets and odds are subject to the terms of pak365's sportsbook rules. Results are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. In the case of abandoned or postponed events, specific settlement rules apply as described in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, and will not permit or assist any third party to:

• Register more than one account with pak365;
• Use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any time;
• Use automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or abuse of game mechanics;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the pak365 Platform;
• Use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations;
• Engage in money laundering or use the Platform to conceal the proceeds of illegal activity;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse pak365 staff or other players through any communication channel.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the pak365 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game content, software, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of pak365 or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any Platform content without pak365's prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 The pak365 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pak365 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak365 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from technical malfunctions, data loss, or unauthorised account access.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pak365's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 pak365 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform incorporates a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible to all account holders at no cost, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time notifications, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

10.3 18+ Restriction. Under no circumstances will pak365 knowingly permit any person under the age of 18 to create an account or participate in real-money gaming. If pak365 has reasonable grounds to believe that an account holder is under 18, the account will be suspended pending identity verification and any winnings may be forfeited.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 pak365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms have been breached;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity has occurred or is suspected;
• The account holder is under 18 years of age;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require it;
• The account holder has self-excluded or requested closure.

11.2 Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, pak365 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance in the account, including pending withdrawals, where such balance is associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity.

11.3 You may request voluntary closure of your pak365 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any eligible remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method subject to standard withdrawal procedures.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws under which pak365 is licensed and operated.

12.2 In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the pak365 Platform, you agree to first contact pak365 support in writing at [email protected] to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.

12.3 pak365 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it may be escalated to the relevant regulatory dispute resolution process where applicable.

13. Amendments

13.1 pak365 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, pak365 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via email prior to the amendments taking effect.

13.2 Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
